Williams, Dr. Irving G.;93, of Lynbrook, NY on July 17, 2008. Beloved husband of the late Muriel. Loving father of Carol Kolakowski (Gene) and Greg Williams (Beth). Dear grandfather of Craig Kolakowski, Tina Smith and Keith Williams. Also survived by 7 cherished great-grandchildren. Professor Williams taught for 45 years at St. John's University in the History Department. The family will receive friends Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Perry Funeral Home,Inc. 118 Union Ave. Lynbrook. Funeral mass Monday 9:45 AM at St. Raymond's RC Church in E. Rockaway. Interment Greenfield Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please make memorial contributions to: The VIP Center "Sunshine Fund" St. James Pl. Lynbrook, NY 11563.
