McCann, Edward S. of Woodmere, NY (formerly of Hewlett) on September 24, 2016. Beloved husband of 63 years to Claire (nee Duffy). Loving father of Brian and the late Michael. Proud Navy veteran. Forty year member at Sun & Surf Beach Club. Past Grand Knight and 4th Degree member of Knights of Columbus Fr. Farrell Council. Active parishioner at St. Josephs RC Church in Hewlett. Edward was a principal partner of Losse Dewar McCann serving the insurance needs of loyal customers for almost 60 years. The family will receive friends Friday 4-9 PM at the Perry Funeral Home, Inc. 118 Union Avenue Lynbrook. Funeral Mass Saturday 9:30 AM at St. Joseph's RC Church in Hewlett. Cremation Private.
