FENNIMORE-Gladys Dougherty passed away peacefully on April 26 of natural causes. She was the devoted wife of the late George Fennimore. She would have reached her 100th birthday in May. Gladys has lived in Flatbush, East Rockaway, and Stratford. She is survived by sons George (FL) and Geoffrey (LI) and daughter Gladys Freyer (CT). She has four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren and one on the way. The family will receive friends Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Perry Funeral Home, Inc. 118 Union Avenue Lynbrook. Funeral service Monday10AM at the funeral home. Interment in Calverton National Cemetery in Calverton, LI followed by a luncheon nearby.
