When I worked in the shop at Jerry's Shell at Mill & Peninsula, I knew Frank well. I helped him with the the heated rock in his van, remember the 3 Mile Island mural on the tailgate, and his beautiful burgundy '64 Chevy convertible. I believed he was wise beyond his years with a lot of gumption. My sincere condolences to his family and our friends.

Dearest Frankie, ( my Greenhorn) All my laughs and great times in High school were with you.
