To the Dascher Family……
Under that gruff exterior was a man with one of the biggest hearts I ever knew. George was a sweet, gentle sole, who loved a good drink, a good laugh, a good meal, and any golf course. His pride and joy was his loving family and the Valley Stream Basketball League, which he was a co-founder. To George, it was all about the kids! My life has been so enriched, having known him, having shared a drink, a meal, a laugh, and an occasional golf game. George, May you Rest In Peace!
