O'KEEFE - Carol Ann, (nee Smyth), of Lynbrook, NY peacefully passed away on October 5, 2013. Loving wife of the late James O'Keefe. Beloved mother of Patricia O'Keefe-Hrycak (Greg) and Kerri O'Keefe Brosnan (James). Adored Nana of Brendan and Rory. Dear sister of Kathy, Jimmy, Gerri and many loving sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law. Proud Aunt of many cherished nieces and nephews. Devoted longtime secretary to Malverne High School and true friend to many. Her sweet, gentle nature will be missed by all she touched. The family will receive friends Tuesday 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM at the Perry Funeral Home Inc. 118 Union Avenue, Lynbrook, NY. Funeral Mass Wednesday 9:30 AM at Our Lady of Peace RC Church, Lynbrook, NY. Interment to follow at St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale, NY.
