Plaia, Filippa (nee Lucchese), 81, formerly of East New York, NY on September 4, 2014. Beloved wife of the late Bernard. Loving mother of Frank (Anne Marie) and Joseph (Mary). Dear sister of Sal Lucchese and Tony Lucchese. Cherished grandmother of Bernard, Maggie, Alexandria, Marissa and Michael. The family will receive friends Friday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the Perry Funeral Home, Inc. 118 Union Avenue Lynbrook. Funeral Mass Saturday 9:30 AM at St. Raymond's RC Church in East Rockaway. Interment in St. Charles Cemetery.
