Woods-Katherine age 83 of East Rockaway, NY on September 16, 2014. Devoted wife of the late Richard Earl. Loving mother of Robin Higgins (James), and Richard E. (Darlene). Cherished grandmother of Farren, James Jr. (Melissa), Richard Jr., and Samantha. Adored great grandmother of Adalyn and James III. 52 year member and past President of the Ladies Auxiliary of Hewlett FD. Long time member of the Visually Impaired Person Center. Family will receive friends Friday 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM at the Perry Funeral Home Inc. 118 Union Ave., Lynbrook, NY. Religious Service Friday 8 PM at Funeral Home. Funeral Service Saturday 10 AM at Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Greenfield Cemetery, Hempstead, NY.
