Schmidt, Henry on January 18, 2008, long time resident of East Rockaway, L.I. Beloved husband of the late Frances and father of the late Janet. Survived by son John and wife Dawn, son in-law Jim and wife Barbara and daughter Arlene and husband Bob. Henry was blessed by eight loving grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Henry was a proud WWII Navy Veteran and member of the American Legion. Visiting 2-4 and 7-9 PM Monday at the Perry Funeral Home Inc. 118 Union Ave. Lynbrook L.I. Funeral Mass 9:45 AM at St. Raymond's RC Church East Rockaway L.I. Burial Holy Rood Cemetery, Westbury, L.I.
