Howard-Constance E. of Lynbrook, NY on November 5, 2012. Beloved mother of Constance Smith (Gaylord). Cherished grandmother of Matthew. Dedicated member of St. James Methodist Church for many years. Family will receive friends Friday 2-4pm and 7-9pm at the Perry Funeral Home Inc. 118 Union Ave., Lynbrook, NY. Religious Service Saturday 10am at the Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Greenfield Cemetery, Hempstead, NY. In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Salvation Army.
