McGrane, Hugh J., 90, of Lynbrook, on April 13, 2019. Devoted husband of Rosemary for 65 wonderful years. Loving Father of Hugh III (Teresa), John (Annette), Marianne, Colleen (James), Joanne (Jack), Maureen (John), Joseph (Mary),  & Thomas (Betul). Loving Poppy to his Grandchildren, Maureen (John), Charles, Jennifer (Tony), Daniel, Timothy, Kathleen, Michael (Lisa), Hugh IV (Summer), Elizabeth (Joseph), Patricia (Michael), AnneMarie (David), Megan, John, Colin (Rachel), Laurie (James), Erin, Patrick, Sean, Christopher, MaryKate, John, Kathleen, Peter, Joseph, Maggie, Sean & Melissa. Loving Poppy to his Great-Grandchildren John, Ryan, Kiersten, Nolan, Kayla, Trey, Kyleigh, Neal, Camrynn, Lyla, Evelyn, Ryan, Noelle, Paisley & Saoirse. Beloved Brother, Uncle and friend to many.  A member of the U.S. Marine Corps. A retired Detective Sergeant of the NYPD. A charter and lifetime member of the NYPD Emerald Society. Life Member of Lynbrook Elks, NY Lodge No. 1 and Knights of Columbus-Council No. 2228.

Family will be receiving visitors at Perry Funeral Home on 4/16/19 from 2-4 and 7-9. Funeral Mass to be held at St. Raymond’s, East Rockaway, New York on 4/17/19 at 9:45 a.m. followed by internment at St. Charles Cemetery.
