My older sister Gloria lived next door to the Wuerths in the early '60s, when both were just starting their families. Even though Ruthie was only some 10 years older than I, Gloria expected me to address her neighbor as "Missus Ruth," as she had her daughters do - friendlier than "Mrs. Wuerth," but still with the appropriate respect due an elder :-) .. Gloria once hosted a Tupperware party, capably aided by Missus Ruth; the demonstrator constantly touted a special feature of whatever Tupperware product she was showing by announcing: "And the BEAUTY PART of this is (its color, or stackability, or burp-ability, or whatever)." From that day forward, both Gloria and Ruthie would wink and grin at each other each time one of them pointedly - and frequently - used the expression "AND THE BEAUTY PART IS…" Godspeed, Missus Ruth. I like to think you and Gloria are happily enjoying The Beauty Part on a heavenly cloud together, winking and grinning and burping your celestial Tupperware, and once again comparing notes on your wonderful children.
