Taylor Rose Clarke received a life-saving heart transplant on April 20, 2016. She was then inspired to become an activist for organ donation as a volunteer through LiveOnNY. Taylor was an amazing advocate for the cause, educating others and encouraging countless people to sign up to be organ donors. LiveOnNY has touched the Clarke family's lives beyond words, especially in the beautiful way they were able to honor Taylor when she herself became an organ donor - turning our tragedy into a gift for others.
