Ellie was such a sweet, sweet woman. I would see Ellie at the valley Stream pool where she would work the kiddie gate. All the kids called her the nice lollypop lady. She always had a smile on her face. I remember her working all the elections at Wheeler and she always shared her amazing crumb cake with me. It was an honor to have known Ellie for all these years and I am truly devastated by her passing. I will miss you Ellie!!

Ellie was more like a second Mother to me, she has a Heart of Gold, always had a big Smile on her face and a contagious laugh that you couldn't help but love her. Words could never be enough to express how dear she was to me, so special, so thoughtful, kind and caring. I had the pleasure or should I say the "Blessing" of knowing her, working with her and enjoying fun times together. She would call me "You Brat!" and laugh so hard each time. Not only was she beautiful on the outside but even more so on the inside. Ellie and I worked together at the VS Community Center. Over the years we cried, laugh, sang and danced together. She loved talking about her children, grand-children and great-grandchildren, she adored them all as well as her husband, Paul. Ellie will always have a special place in my Heart. Thank you for the wonderful memories, advice and all the great times we shared together. My tears can fill buckets, I'll miss you always and I thank God we spoke on Saturday.
I love you Ellie,
SallyAnn
