I am going to miss Mr. Z. He was a gentle soul. He always had a kind word and a hug for me. He would ask how I was doing and then ask more questions based on my answers. It wasn't a perfunctory ritual; he genuinely cared. Mr. Z & Mrs. Z have always made me feel more than welcome. They treated me like one of the family. It was an honor and a blessing to have known Mr. Hugo Zimmerli. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity for the last 30 years.
