Obituary of Gregory John Baumgarten

Gregory J. Baumgarten – February 6, 2023 Greg was born in Queens on March 6, 1949. He was the beloved son of Mary and Paul Baumgarten. He was the youngest of three children and the brother to Jeffrey and the late Jeanne. He grew up in Woodhaven. He loved working for Olympic Airways and traveling all around the world seeing new things. He loved playing piano and watching old time movies and videos. He was married to his loving wife, Lynn in October, 1980 and was blessed with four beautiful daughters Mary, Amy, Tracy and Kristina and three beautiful grandchildren Kyle, Charlotte and Ava. He was diagnosed with a brain tumor at a very young age and suffered from chronic pain for many years. He died peacefully on February 6. He was loved and will be missed.
