Thomas Philip Velotti, 81, passed away on June 22, 2023, in Wills Point, Texas. He was born on January 25, 1942, in Queens, New York to his parents Joseph and Minnie Velotti he was also known as Philip, his preferred name.
Thomas was a civil engineer for the County of Nassau, where he dedicated many years of his life to his work. He was a hardworking and dedicated employee who earned the respect of his colleagues.
In his free time, Thomas loved to ride his Harley Davidson motorcycles. He found joy with the freedom of riding on the open road. His passion for motorcycles was well-known to his family and friends.
Thomas is survived by his daughters Kathy and Patricia, son Ricky, sister Marie Velotti, and brothers Robert (Charlotte) and Ricky. He also leaves behind grandchildren Ashley, Robert, Christian, and Ricky, as well as eight great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Thomas will be deeply missed by his family and friends. His legacy will live on through the memories he created with those who loved him.
