Peter was such a sweet and gentle soul who will be greatly missed by all our family. I remember when Uncle John and Aunt Josie brought him home as a newborn to live in our downstairs apartment. He was so loved, and brought joy to us all. My mom finally got a little boy to spoil. Rest in peace.

Peter was a family friend for as long as I can remember. I also had the pleasure of working with him at Peninsula Public Library for over 20 years. He was a very dedicated employee there as well as a caring person. He will be greatly missed. May he rest easy. Condolences to his family.

Some of my favorite memories of Peter happened on the summer afternoons at Aunt Josie’s house while my parents were working. We were so little and he could have just ignored our presence. Two little girls invading his space. But he didn’t. He gave us free rein of the closet in his room full of board games to choose from. He would sit on the living room couch telling us the baseball stats he was recording. We had no idea about the sport or what any of it meant but he would tell us. And he would play Milles Bourne with us….rules my sister and I would completely make up because we had no idea how to play. He didn’t correct us or take over but played along in complete nonsense. Peter was gentle and accepting and those memories live in my heart wrapped in a smile and a hug. Rest in Peace cousin. Love you.
