Obituary of Rose Ciasulli

On November 28, 2024, Rose Ciasulli, at the age of 87, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of 68 years to Joseph Ciasulli. Devoted mother of Linda (William), Roseann, Joseph (Loriann), Judy (Keith). Loving daughter of the late Joseph and Concetta Zuccaro. Adored sister of Michael and the late James, Tony (Marie), Peter (Eve), John (Marie), Sam (Theresa), and Lily. Cherished grandmother of Ralph (Michele), Anthony (Nicole), Joseph (Cynthia), Jacqueline (Michael), Geena, Ashley, Joseph, William, Joseph, and Nicholas. Loving great-grandmother of Serena and Liana. Precious aunt to many nieces and nephews. Rose was born in Brooklyn, and graduated from Franklin K. Lane High School. She began her career in banking, however once she gave birth, she became a stay-at-home mom to her four children. After her children were grown, she became the manager of a bakery. Family and faith were everything to her. Rose was so kind. She was beautiful inside and out. She had such a big heart, always putting others before herself. She enjoyed being with family. They were always number one. Rose was very active and enjoyed taking long walks and going to the gym. She was a very devoted parishioner of Our Lady of Lourdes Church and served as a Eucharistic Minister for many years. She touched the lives of many and was a cherished friend, neighbor, fellow parishioner, always greeting them with a warm smile. Rose will be deeply missed.
