I was fortunate to have met Joe as well as the love of his life Rose. They were the manager team for my bakery for years. They were the most trustworthy, dependable, selfless people I have ever known. I would leave the country and trust them with the business blind.
They were my second set of parents. My heart is breaking for their family losing them both 56 days apart. Joe, I know your Rose is waiting for you with her big smile saying, "where were you, I was starting to worry", like when you would wait in the car for 4pm next to the church so you would not get a ticket.
Godspeed Joe, till we meet again.
