Coughlin- John of East Rockaway, N.Y. on May 10, 2008. Beloved husband of Mary (nee Brescia) Loving father of Thomas (Margaret), and John (Pamela). Devoted grandfather (Pops) of Kaitlyn, Thomas, and Jillian. Dear brother of Lillian Welsh, June Cantona, Ruth Angela, Eileen Kitson, Pat Kitson, and James Quinn, and the late William Coughlin, May Coughlin and Katherine Garcia. Beloved brother-in-law of Josephine Brescia. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. John was a proud Army Veteran of World War II and served in the Pacific. The family will receive friends Wednesday 1-4 & 7-9 PM at Perry Funeral Home Inc 118 Union Ave Lynbrook, NY. Funeral Mass Thursday 10:45 AM.@ St. Raymond's RC Church East Rockaway. Interment to follow St. Charles Cemetery Farmingdale, N.Y. . In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
