Parise-Andrew J. 90 of Cedarhurst, NY on February 8, 2015. Beloved husband of the late Lillian. Loving father of Andrew Jr. (Deborah), Louise Bencal, and David (Mary Lynn). Cherished grandfather of Kristen (Gordon), Robert (Emily), Jamie (Josh), Erica (Alex), Jessica (Devin) and great grandfather of Courtney, Brooke, Page, Mia and Maddie. Loving Companion of JoMarie. Fond brother of Louis (Eleanor), Dominic (Margaret), and the late Joseph (Ann), Phyllis McKinley (Joe), and Frank (Kay). WWII 87th Infantry Battle of the Bulge Veteran. Awarded 2 Purple Hearts. Mayor of Cedarhurst for over 20 years. Retired Town of Hempstead Executive Assistant to 7 presiding Supervisors. Executive leader of Lawrence-Cedarhurst Republican Party since the 1960s. Family will receive friends Wednesday and Thursday 2 PM- 4 PM and 7 PM - 9 PM at the Perry Funeral Home Inc. 118 Union Ave., Lynbrook, NY. Funeral Mass Friday 10 AM at St. Joachim's RC Church, Cedarhurst, NY. Interment to follow at Greenfield Cemetery, Hempstead, NY. In lieu of flowers donations in Andrew's name can be made to The Lawrence High School Scholarship Fund, Cedarhurst Memorial Park Fund or the Wounded Warrior Project Fund.
