Kollar-Patricia A. (LoCascio) 55 formerly of Valley Stream, NY on December 1, 2015. Beloved wife of Paul. Loving mother of Michael (Jennifer), Gregory, Carolyn, Paul Jr. and Christine. Cherished grandmother of Danielle, Alexandra and Michael. Devoted daughter of Gloria LoCascio and the Late Rocco. Dear sister of Joseph LoCascio, Kathy Silberger, Christine LoCascio and Michele Beauchamp (Scott). Adored aunt of many nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends Thursday 2 PM-4 PM and 7 PM-9 PM at the Perry Funeral Home Inc. 118 Union Ave., Lynbrook, NY. Funeral Mass Friday 10 AM at St. Joseph's RC Church, Hewlett, NY. Cremation private.
