Dennery-Hugh T. at age 90 of East Rockaway, NY on June 6, 2012. Devoted husband for 60 years of the late Eleanor. Loving father of Patricia Rolston (Steven), and surviving wife Roseann of the late Michael Dennery. Cherished grandfather of Michele, Melissa, Brian and Carly and great grandfather of 5. Proud WWII Navy veteran who served in the South Pacific and survivor of the sinking of the USS Astoria. This quiet and colorful man was deeply loved by everyone he met. Family will receive friends Thursday 2-4 and 7-9pm at the Perry Funeral Home Inc. 118 Union Ave., Lynbrook, NY. Prayers Friday 9:30am at Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton, NY.
