Carmen Lillian A. at age 83 on March 15, 2011 long time resident of Hewlett, NY. Beloved wife of the late Wallace "Chic". Loving mother of Carol Smith, Peggy Born, and Jim. Cherished grandmother of Daniel and Kenneth (Jennifer). Devoted sister of Dorothy and the late Marguerite and George. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to the staff of unit 2A for their wonderful care and the staff of Meadowbrook Care Center of Freeport, NY. Family will receive friends Friday 2-4 and 7-9pm at the Perry Funeral Home Inc. 118 Union Ave. Lynbrook, NY. Funeral Mass Saturday 10am at St. Joseph's RC Church Hewlett, NY. Interment to follow at St. Mary's Star of The Sea Cemetery Lawrence, NY.
