Caraher - Francis Michael at age 76 of Bayside, NY on May 26, 2011. Devoted father of Kathleen Bristol (Robert), Maureen Forster (Frank), Pateen Caraher and the late Michael. Survived by former wife Dorothy Caraher. Cherished grandfather of Robert, Kaitlin, Frankie, Kelly, Bridget, Sarah and Maeve. Beloved brother of Patrick, Owney, Margaret, Eileen, Sheila and the late John and Philip. Loving uncle to many nieces and nephews. Long time foreman of Laquilla Construction Company. Family will receive friends Saturday and Sunday 2-4 and 7-9pm at the Perry Funeral Home Inc. 118 Union Ave., Lynbrook, NY. Funeral Mass Monday 10am at Sacred Heart of Jesus RC Church Bayside, NY. Cremation private. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to NYU Melanoma Research c/o Dr. Anna Pavelick 160 East 34th Street NY, NY 10016 or Francis Pope Memorial Foundation 401 East 81st Street NY, NY 10028.
