It’s your birthday and the world is just not the same with you gone. I was there for the beginning of Fury Landscaping and it’s just not fair that you were not able to enjoy a retirement with your beautiful wife. You are/were the “salt of the earth” so they say.. Debbie- I am not sure if you remember me, but I used to work for Sal on Sundays at the Garden Center and during 2 seasons of Christmas trees when I was in High School in the early 2000s. I am truly sorry and devastated to hear of your loss, Sal left a lasting impression on me and was a great man and early business mentor. Sal worked me to the bone, but with reason and cause. He explained to me how things worked, told me how to work with customers and the values of effort. He taught me the importance of seeing the good in a customer and how to sniff out when a deal wasn't in your favor, lessons I still lean on today in my job in the Financial Industry. I still to this day talk about how I started in a Garden Center, and ended up on Wall Street; explaining that if you could sell up a 10 foot Christmas tree to a person with 8 foot ceilings you could sell anything.
God bless you and your family, I know how important he was to you all. He was important to a lot of people and contributed to so many. May the flowers and plants that he planted remind us of all the amazing things Sal did.

For over 30 years of our friendship Deb as young girls, I know that all we ever wanted was to find "Prince Charming". Well, you certainly found that in Sal. Not only did he adore you because of how you loved him but, because of how you sacrificed yourself for his beautiful mother Palma. Not only did the two of you make an amazing life for one another, you lived for the woman that created such a beautiful and selfless man...Sal. I remembered Sal...at Fury Landscaping...we would always talk about retirement and what we would do after. He always talked about Florida and what areas he liked the best. He was a witty and kind man that even laughed at my jokes...which were many.
We aways bought trees at Christmas and other trees and bushes for our home..Thank you for these memories...you will be missed.

Sal, you are so loved by this family and everyone who knew you. You loved life in a way that everybody should, a lesson I will always keep with me.
You're so missed, we will always take care of Debbie because we know there was nothing in this world that you loved more than her. I can only hope to one day have a marriage as great, happy, and fun as you two. You are missed terribly but we know that you are in a much better place.

Dear Sal and Debbie,
Debbie, I am very sorry for your loss, I know how much Sal meant to you.
Florence Marcantonio, a friend of mine, always spoke about her cousin Sal and cousin Debbie, not only did she speak about all of Sal's toys, she spoke about your overwhelming love for each other.
She spoke about how much Sal loves you and how much you loved Sal, I couldn't even imagine the pain you're going through. Debbie, in Psalms 147:3 he heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. Matthew five verse four, blessed are they that mourn for they shall be comforted, Psalm 116 versus one and two: I love the LORD, for he heard my voice; he heard my cry for mercy. 2 Because he turned his ear to me, I will call on him as long as I live.
Debbie, the Bible speaks of God's love for his children, Jesus will get you through this and make you stronger. I leave you with one less Scripture, God bless you and Sal.

Dear Debbie,

there are no words to describe this great loss of a wonderful cousin we had many good times especially our trips to bear mountain. especially your trip to the orange groves in Florida. Our crazy pot banging horn blowing noise makers On new years eve. Grandma yelling stop How can I ever forget my best time was working with you at your nursery freezing my ass off but we had many laughs and they were all wonderful time.
