Robert M Hicks Sr passed away January 13th, 2017 after long courageous battle with cancer with his family by his side. He was survived by his wife Antoinette (Reicherter) Hicks of 45 years of marriage and 52 years together, his children Robert M Hicks (Desiree), Thomas P Hicks (Julie), Regina Silecchia (Anthony) and eleven (11) grandchildren, Arielle, Justin, Austin, Emily, Tristin, Regan, Julia, Bobby, Anthony, Molly, Amya, his two (2) loving sisters Patricia and Mary Ellen, his Aunt Charlotte and Uncle Nicky, and many loving cousins. Robert Hicks served in the U.S Marines during Vietnam and was awarded the Purple Heart. He was also a member of the Inwood Fire department where he served as Chief. He was a devoted and loving Husband, father, and grandfather. He was our hero in many ways. He fought cancer like the warrior he has always been.
