Dear Marge,

To Margie and the family:
Please know that you are all in Lori’s and my thoughts and prayers. Take comfort in the knowledge that this last, terrible race is over, his discomfort is at an end.
To Pete:
I say “thank you, Pete,” for all the stories, quips and jokes over the years. My sorrow is overshadowed by the memories of all the “gigs” we played in various Irish pubs and K. of C. functions, etc. way back when. I lift my heart (and my glass) to you for all the songs (and the beers) we enjoyed together, during “the music years”. (Surely, the songs outnumbered the beers.)
